A special thank you for our first Sports Therapy session to Chris. I know his ‘patients’ benefited enormously from the session. Even if you think you don’t need a massage you will be surprised how good you will feel afterwards. The next clinic will be on Friday 11th February at Little Havens 9am -2pm. Hope that your training is going well and you are all looking forward to our next group training run on the 13th Feb. 8.30am meet at Little Havens. Choice of distances to suit all runners.

Over 35 people took part and are all at different stages of their training, so we did routes between 3 and 12.5 miles. Although a chilly November morning, the rain held off and all runners were treated to the usual bacon butties and hot tea when they finished.

The next training run is on Sunday 19th December,  8.30am at Little Havens Children’s Hospice and, being that close to Christmas, there will be a festive theme! Dig out your tinsel, Santa’s hat or fairy wings and brighten up your training regime!
